Chuck has been in the real estate business in Southeast Kansas since 1972. He has owned and operated The Heritage Agency at the same location from 1978 to 2009. Hosman is holder of the CRB designation and is a state certified general real estate appraiser with extensive experience in commercial, industrial, multi-family and residential properties.

He is a member of the Pittsburg Rotary Club as a Paul Harris Fellow, the Mirza Shrine, Scottish Rite and Royal Order of the Jester. He has served on the Pittsburg YMCA Board of Directors and is a past President of the Y-Board. He sits on the Board of Trustees of the Pittsburg State University Foundation.

Helen has been married to Chuck, Athletic Director and Head coach of Pittsburg State University's Gorilla Football Team, for 38 years. They have three sons and three granddaughters.

Helen is active in the Pittsburg community. She is a PEO member, has served as Trustee, Elder and Deacon for the Presbyterian Church and has worked on many charitable drives including YMCA, Cancer, American Heart, Salvation Army and has been on the Board of Directors of the American Red Cross, YMCA and Rotary.

Mike is a lifelong area resident, born and raised in Frontenac, and now lives in Pittsburg.

Mike is a member of the Knights of Columbus, attends Adoration Chapel, is a registered nurse, has a long-term care Administrators license and is a member of the Frontenac Quarterback Club. His family has owned and operated the Sunset Manor Nursing Center in Frontenac for the past 42 years.

He is a proud single parent whose son attends Pittsburg State University. He believes in continuing your education and that you are never too old to learn. After teaching school for five years and coaching his son's athletic teams, he earned his real estate and auctioneer licenses. In his spare time, he attends as many sporting events as possible, along with refereeing football and fast pitch softball.

Steve has been married 40 years and has twin sons and one grandson. He loves the outdoors, hunting, fishing, camping and seeing the different parts of nature.
