Charles L. Hosman has been in the real estate business in
Southeast Kansas since 1972. He has owned and operated The
Heritage Agency at the same location since 1978. Hosman is
holder of the CRB designation and is a state certified general
real estate appraiser with extensive experience in commercial,
industrial, multi-family, and residential properties. He is a
member of the Pittsburg Rotary Club as a Paul Harris Fellow,
the Mirza Shrine, Scottish Rite, and Royal Order of the Jester.
He has served on the Pittsburg YMCA Board of Directors and is
a past President of the Y-Board. He sits on the Board of
Trustees of the Pittsburg State University Foundation.

Helen has been married to Chuck, Athletic Director and Head coach of
Pittsburg State University's Gorilla Football Team, for 35 years. She has
three sons and three granddaughters (but only carries one picture!). In
addition to her passion for real estate, Helen enjoys attending sporting
events, playing racquetball and reading. Helen is active in the Pittsburg
community. She is a PEO member, has served as Trustee, Elder and Deacon for
the Presbyterian Church and has worked on many charitable drives including
YMCA, Cancer, American Heart, Salvation Army and has been on the Board of
Directors of the American Red Cross, YMCA and Rotary. Helen's entire real
estate career has been dedicated to 100% client satifaction. She truly CARES
for her clients! She has a strong belief that we need to treat each other

Jon has been a Realtor since 1987. He has been a Multi Million Dollar
Producer many times during his tenure in real estate. He is a member of the
National Association of Realtors, Kansas Association of Realtors and
Pittsburg Board of Realtors. He has been in the Auction Business for the
past 26 years, specializing in antiques, estate, farm sales, and real estate
auctions. Jon believes strongly in putting himself in the same position as
the Seller and Buyer during the course of any transaction.
Janelle has been a Realtor for 11 years. She has been a Multi-Million Dollar
